Utilities — Water service, storm drainage and sanitary services is provided by Orem City. Natural gas is provided by Questar Gas and electric service is provided by Rock Mountain Power.

Landscape — Nestled in a veritable forest park of more than 2,600 mature trees.  

Security/Access Control — The Park’s enterprise security system is the ProWatch 5000 which deploys the use of iClass HID Smart Card and WSE NexSentry Manager technology. The Park has card reader access to all buildings and interior suites with lobby and roof mounted cameras that are monitored and recorded on a 24/7 basis. ASSA keyway systems are used throughout the buildings.
